This week we focused on improving the design of our drone based on our finalized objectives. After identifying necessary subsystems we constructed plans through research on relevant material and miniature trade studies. The results from our discussions included: improvement on the hexacopter design, 5G and RF (Radio Frequency) communications systems, definition of search and rescue payload, and the range estimation for how far the drone will travel during flight.
